Guidetti begins in the mid-80s in Renazzo, where Mauro Guidetti manufactured his first prototype, a unique machine, able to separate plastic from cables.
Since the beginning, the activity revealed its DNA, the innovative products nature and its propensity to customize. The production specializes and manufactures machines able to separate a wide range of materials.
Guidetti global success begins with the conquest of European markets, Japan, Russia, Korea and USA. Today the company has 50 different models sold all over the world and a yearly turnover of 12,000,00 euro.
We design compact machines and lines for the recycling of non-ferrous metals and materials - aluminum, nickel, lead, copper, zinc - through reduction size and dry- separation systems, to safeguard the raw material and make it available to be used.
Our machines have reached the highest level of separation and soundproofing. Easy to use, they separate materials based on their dimensions and specific weight, reducing management and processing costs.
Recycling allows tons of raw materials to be marketed again, saving energy and resources. Profit achieved in terms of reducing raw material consumption, costs for citizens and CO2 emissions.
Mauro Guidetti, owner of Guidetti Recycling’, applied all the techniques he acquired from the milling industry to the high-tech machine he produced to separate materials and he patented it. Later, Guidetti went on the market, with a small plant in the country, rented from an acquaintance, very little money but a lot of ideas, and knowledge that he was creating something innovative that the market needed
Guidetti designed, produced and sold machinery for separating dates from their stone. ginseng and coffee beans from roots and dirt, almond from shells. Guidetti Recycling now has about 600 samples stored in its archives.
In 1999 the current site of ‘Guidetti Recycling’ in Cento, province of Ferrara was built. The company had about ten employees. Now it has over fifty. However, it has always remained true to its founder’s principle. Ethics are as important as business to Guidetti, and good business means making wise choices, finding new areas of value to exploit. In this way, the production has changed continuously to meet market demands.
In 2002 Guidetti got to work on the new project. From drawing to experiential prototypes to production. In just a few months the idea became the first mobile crusher for recycling. It is a small, efficient, self-contained truck that can travel on the roads without requiring special transports.
Guidett invested in a warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia
The company considered opening a manufacturing branch here, staffed entirely with local employees, and starting production in THE US. Machines were already shipped to the U.S, Canada and Mexico. ‘Guidetti Recycling’ is now also ‘Made in the USA’
Guidetti opened official office in Atlanta which employ only local personnel
