Situated only 3 minutes’ stroll from On Nut BTS train station exit No.3 in Sukhumvit area, our location ensures an easy journey to the inner city, yet you will also feel as if you live in a quiet suburb.
BTS runs a very frequent train service: only 10 minutes to Thonglor and 20 minutes to Chidlom. The On Nut area itself is also well-served with shops, restaurants, movie theaters, supermarkets etc.
Our rooms are large and comfortable, offering modern conveniences such as fast internet, with fibre optic cables wired to every room. It is ideal for the work from home lifestyle or just for relaxing in.
Our apartment is set in a lush green environment, surrounded by large and small trees which help to keep the area fresh and quiet. The large open spaces have been carefully designed to take advantage of comfortable breezes all year round. Nature is close by indeed.

Since 2012, we have successfully operated serviced apartments in Chiangmai at the Doi Sutep foothills near Chiangmai University. We gained regularly positive reviews and served many returning guests. Situations related to Covid-19 however, forced us to change the Chiangmai site to an all-female dormitory. During that time, we acquired this Bangkok property to create Nandamalee Place for our city guests.
